Host a simple gathering. Help bring people back to the table.
A faith-centered series where immigrants and refugees share meals, stories of resilience, and what it means to find home in Christ.
What This Is
Sharing Home is a storytelling and cooking series centered around the table. Each episode invites someone to prepare a meaningful dish from their homeland while sharing their journey of faith, transition, and belonging.
Episode 1 features Conny Hubbard, an immigrant from Germany, sharing her story and a dish that connects her past to her present.
Why This Matters
We’ve never been more connected—and yet real connection feels harder than ever. Somewhere along the way, gathering around the table became: complicated, heavy, something we avoid.
But in the life of Jesus, the table was never incidental. It was where people were welcomed, known, and transformed. This is a simple step back.
